While most of us are melting away in Goa’s rising temperatures, Venzia Pereira from Mae Dos Pobres High School, Nuvem, has turned beating the heat into an art form. Forget boring old ACs and fans—this young innovator has found a deliciously cool way to stay refreshed!
It all started with a simple experiment—freezing fresh flowers in different water solutions and enjoying the mesmerizing melt. But Venzia didn’t stop there. She’s now upped her game, freezing mint and lemon juice in creative ice formations and pulling them out whenever she or her family needs a refreshing boost.
And because one doesn’t simply stop at lemon and mint, she’s expanded her cooling empire to include kokum juice and watermelon juice—all frozen into bite-sized, flavor-packed cubes. Whether dropped into a glass of water for an instant cool-down or popped straight into the mouth for a burst of icy goodness, Venzia’s got summer survival covered!
Think you have an even cooler trick to survive the heat? We’re all ears! Send your ideas to unmuteschoolnews@gmail.com, and let’s get creative with the chill! ❄️🍉🥤
